Description
(Monkey Puzzle) Evergreen Tree , growing up to 40 metres tall, and the trunk diameter up to 2 meters. Produces edible seeds, simialr to pine nuts. The hardiest species of the conifer genus and because of the age of the tree, its sometimes described as a 'living fossil.' Country of Origin: southern Chile and western Argentina.
