Chalice Vine or Cup of Gold. A vigorous evergreen vine with great large green foliage and superb flowers . The ochre-yellow , funnel-shaped blossoms 23 cm long and fragrant. Solanaceae family and endemic to Mexico , Central America and Northern South America. Species of Solandra were used as ( known as kieli ) hallucinogens , Pre Dating Peyote according to archaeological evidence. Never use these plants for uses beyond ornamental , as they may cause poisoning
