All plants are packed and dispatched in excellent condition. Our responsibility ceases when Freight Company or post office accepts the plants. Claims for damage / missing or non-delivered stock should be directed to the FedEx/TNT Couriers. We should also be notified immediately / within 7 days. If you have special requirements regarding shipping or freight insurance please bring these to our attention.

When Do We Send Out:

We send out every Monday/Tuesday...(Public holiday's may change this.)

ALL Freight is Authority To Leave (meaning the freight will leave safe place)

Tracking information is supplied to your email when your order is pick up by Freight Company. 

FedEx can take up to 2day to collect your order from us.

FedEx Express (TNT Couriers) works 7 days a week. Even though your local post office is closed, FedEx Express (TNT Couriers) isn't. For interstate orders, if you are concerned about your parcel sitting around in closed Sorting facility, don't be. They will be in transit.  In the middle of summer, the plants in our parcels will be fine being in transit for up to 2 weeks.

During Holiday times these time delivery times might be longer, Please be patient.

Freight cost includes the following $27 for Packing and Handling and if you in Western Australia or Tasmania it will also include $45 for Quarantine.
