Crimson Glory Vine , Ornamental Grape. A wonderful hardy vigorous ( can reach 15-20 metres ) trailing vine over a porch , veranda or garden arch or arbour.
Initiates spring with lovely purple shoots. Tropical looking large rich green leaves through spring and summer. In autumn the foliage turns brilliant reds , burgundy , orange and golds.
The small berries in large clusters , with large purple seeds. Known as an Oriental medicine plant.
Native: Russian Far East , Korea and Japan.
